I took my car (a 2013 XTS)to Ed Morse for a routine oil change and six month's service on Wednesday, June 5. I took the Ed Morse courtesy car home for lunch, and planned to return via courtesy car in mid afternoon to' pick up my car. While I was home, I received a call from Ms. Goode advising me that my car had been involved in a minor accident. She told me that Ed Morse body shop would repair my car, and that it should be ready on Friday. She said I would be provided a rental car, at Ed Morse expense, for my use until the repairs to my car were completed. I picked up the rental car when I returned to Ed Morse in the afternoon. The repair of my car and the oil change and six month's service were completed by Friday. My car looked great, and I departed Ed Morse at about 1:00pm Friday. I was very impressed by the personal attention I received from Ms. Goode. She went out of her way to insure that I was pleased by the way Ed Morse handled the repair and servicing of my car. I appreciated this, and will return to Ed Morse the next time I need service for my car. Read More >>

2012 Cadillac SRX - brought vehicle in for servicing because of "road" noise. Carlos, service tech, diagnosed the problem immediately, provided a loaner car and my SRX was repaired by the next morning. I know I'm in good hands with Carlos. My car was in the shop for an air-conditioning problem, a sunroof leak a problem with the brakes. Tim Radice has taken care of my car for quite some time, and I am always happy with the results. I think he goes above and beyond when it comes to his job. I also like the dealership, as it is always clean and comfortable. They always get me in when I call. I bought my Caddy ATS in Chicago from Jon Blake at Naperville Cadillac. I actuallt got two from him ... One for that house. And loved it so much (It is sacriligeous how much I love this car!). Two weeks later Jon called to see how I was dooin with the car, etc., and I said, "Hey Jon ... I need another one in Florida." He didn't get what I was saying because his reply was, " No problem, I can ship yours down". I said, " No, Jon, I mean I need ANOTHER ONE in Florida." And he had the exact same car delivered to my front door. I was delighted. But then went into a spin, thinking that I was going to get some slimy dealership to take care of my car? I don't think so ... So I called Jon again and said, "Hey ... Who do you trust?" And he referred me to you guys ... Ed Morse Cadillac. I called for an appt, and was scheduled in an hour. Talk about fast! But even more importantly, when I called, the attendant knew my name, address, car vin# ... The whole 9 yards. I was wondering how all that happened when she said I was identified automatically by my phone number. What? THAT kind of customer service? And then, I got assigned my very own personal attendant. Better than my personal shopper! CARL'S enters the scene! The brand experience was just absolutely superb!
