Another great experience at Ed Morse on...
Another great experience at Ed Morse on Fletcher. Truck wouldn't start on Saturday so a tech came out on Monday to check it out. Diagnosed it as a fuel pump issue. After it was towed to the dealership they found that it was a fuel pump module (under warranty) and replaced it. I also had them check the Escalade for a 'rough ride'. At 35000 miles we felt that it was not riding as smooth as it should. After it was looked at they determined that it had a bad right rear shock, which was replaced (left and right) under warranty. I figured while they had the truck in the shop they might as well check out the non-locking rear passenger door. Found out the door lock actuator was not working. That too was replaced but not under warranty:( Sean kept me informed of everything that was going on and was very thorough in explaining things. I have had nothing but good experiences at the dealership, in part to Wendy Goode running a tight ship. Thanks to all and I look forward to seeing you again (not for repair work though). Dennis

Warranty work - sunroof drain caused...
Warranty work - sunroof drain caused flooding on floor board. Remote tire sensor problem. Had tires rotate. Very happy! Mike was great to work with!

I am, as usual, completely satisfied with the exceptional service I received at Ed Morse Cadillac in Tampa. Carlos Martinez is unequivocally the VERY BEST OF THE BEST service advisors I have had the pleasure of working with in the past 35+ years that I have been bringing my cars into different dealers for routine maintenance and periodic servicing. Carlos always does an exemplary job and works tirelessly to ensure that the customer's personal satisfaction, comfort, and peace of mind are achieved. His communication skills, knowledge, and public relations are unsurpassed. His skill set is outstanding, and his diligence and perseverance in getting the job done correctly and in a timely manner is greatly appreciated. Carlos is totally awesome, and I do hope that he continues to work for Ed Morse Cadillac for a very long time. I truly enjoy his friendship and always look forward to having him as my service advisor whenever I bring my Cadillac DTS in to get serviced. Ed Morse Cadillac should feel extremely fortunate and proud to employ such an amazing young gentleman of his competence and honesty. If anyone should receive unlimited kudos for a job exceedingly well done, it is without a doubt, Carlos Martinez!!!

I have worked in sales and customer service my whole life. I have brought my old Cadillac to you for service. Even though I did not buy my car there and it was used I was not treated differently. To me that means a lot. I said I would buy my next Cadillac from Ed morse just because of that.

I was at the dealership for additional information on the CUE System and mentioned that one of the FOBs for my new 2013 SRX did not work and that I had received a recall notice the day before. Ms. Barrese took me to the service department and introduced me to Mr. Bennett who took care of both items with no delay.

I took my car (a 2013 XTS)to Ed Morse for...
I took my car (a 2013 XTS)to Ed Morse for a routine oil change and six month's service on Wednesday, June 5. I took the Ed Morse courtesy car home for lunch, and planned to return via courtesy car in mid afternoon to' pick up my car. While I was home, I received a call from Ms. Goode advising me that my car had been involved in a minor accident. She told me that Ed Morse body shop would repair my car, and that it should be ready on Friday. She said I would be provided a rental car, at Ed Morse expense, for my use until the repairs to my car were completed. I picked up the rental car when I returned to Ed Morse in the afternoon. The repair of my car and the oil change and six month's service were completed by Friday. My car looked great, and I departed Ed Morse at about 1:00pm Friday. I was very impressed by the personal attention I received from Ms. Goode. She went out of her way to insure that I was pleased by the way Ed Morse handled the repair and servicing of my car. I appreciated this, and will return to Ed Morse the next time I need service for my car.
