Lumbar on passenger side not operating. Auto needed 50,000 mile service. Carlos Martinez, my service consultant handled all service and kept me informed on a timely basis. Part for lumbar was not available and I was given choice of overnighting it at my expense and having car fixed next day or going regular mail at no extra expense and getting it fixed next week. Since part is not operation critical, I chose to wait. I am satisfied since I was given options and made my own choice. Carlos, as always, did a great job!
